SMS Terms & Conditions
Last updated: June 20, 2026
By providing your mobile number and opting in on our registration form, you agree to these SMS Terms & Conditions.
Program description
BiddyUp Auction Co. sends recurring automated marketing and auction-alert text messages — including new-auction announcements, items of interest, and reminders — to subscribers who opt in.
Opting in
You opt in by entering your mobile number and submitting the registration form on biddyup.com/register. The form states that, by submitting, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and auction-alert text messages from BiddyUp at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opting out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number you receive messages from. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and will stop sending messages. To rejoin, sign up again at biddyup.com/register.
Help
For help, reply HELP to any message, or email us at howdy@biddyup.com.
Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
Staff alerts (separate program)
BiddyUp also runs a separate, internal text program for our own crew — auction results, inventory updates and system alarms sent from (918) 716-5718 to employees who opt in. Customers are never messaged on that line. Details and how staff opt in: biddyup.com/staff-alerts.
Supported carriers
Major U.S. carriers are supported, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
